Janine Esquivel serves as our general counsel. She was admitted to the California and Nevada bar following her graduation from UC Davis School of Law in 2006. Janine’s practice focuses on the following types of matters:
- Contract preparation, review, and defense
- Corporate governance and compliance
- Corporation formation and by-laws preparation
- HIPPA, EMTALA and OSHA
She also practices in areas of consumer finance, including bankruptcy. Janine is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and all of the United States District Courts in California. She is a member or the Fresno County Women Lawyers Association and is a Board Member of the Central California Bankruptcy Association.
