All RAA providers are Board Certified or in the exam process and must remain in good standing with medical staff at all times. Our collaborative team approach fosters the highest level of surgeon and administrative satisfaction. We will work with our affiliates to establish all programs integral to a successful anesthesia program such as creating a viable comprehensive pain program, improving operating room efficiency and on time starts, drug discrepancy reconciliation and maximizing merit based incentive payment system (MIPS) compliance.

RAA builds teams of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs that are not only medically competent and able to deliver the highest standard of anesthesia services, but also exhibit a deep compassion and understanding of the patient, for which we serve. We are always seeking qualified individuals to join our expanding pool of providers. All of our independent contractors must carry their own malpractice insurance.
